Procedures for Submitting a Complaint or Compliment

    It is our goal to investigate all complaints regarding our performance while ensuring confidentiality for both the complainant and the subject of the complaint.

    Providing this information to the Houston County E-911 Center allows us to better assist you in the event of an after hours emergency (burglary, fire, open door, etc.) If you have any questions please contact 478-542-9911.  Please send us a message with your Business Name, Phone Number, Owner information, and Key holders that can be notified in an emergency situation or you can fax it to us at 478-542-9917.

It is our goal to investigate all complaints regarding our performance while ensuring confidentiality for both the complainant and the subject of the complaint. As a means of maintaining Houston County Emergency Services exceptional level of performance and community relations, we:

  • Encourage citizens to recommend improvements in our service delivery
  • Encourage complaints and/or questions about the performance or actions of our members and employees
  • Encourage compliments about the performance or actions of our members and employees
Complaints should describe the events or incident, date and approximate time, and the telecommunicator's name if known.

lf you feel that an employee has acted improperly or not given the level of service expected or has gone above and beyond your expectations, you may register your complaint/compliment in the following ways:
